Yoga returns to the Studio!

On April 15 yoga classes return to the Studio after a several year hiatus. Kristin English will be holding 4 classes per week. See the Studio calendar for details.

If there is anyone out there that is interested in a gentle movement class but is pensive due to past injuries or natural situations that come with aging, please look at the Gentle/Restorative classes.

These classes aim to accommodate and support all bodies. I have practiced Yoga for over 20 yrs and have trained to teach for over 10 .  My most recent training was in a two year Medical Yoga program, learning to adapt Yoga to injuries and illnesses.  I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment to accompany your own self exploration.
