Thanks to everyone who planned and staffed the Valentine’s Dinner Dance at the Studio. The event was great fun. Tickets were completely sold out and the space at the Studio was full. There is talk about holding next year’s event at Town Hall.
Friends of the Studio,
What a year it has been for the Studio! We have seen the renovations continue, with the installation of the kitchen and other finishing work! This year there were many classes including yoga, belly dancing, african drumming, yarn spinning, tax preparation, the teen reading program, and so much more! There were so many fun events including concerts, jam sessions, game and movie nights, book readings, and work parties.
The Studio survives financially from fees earned from these classes and events but also relies on donations. The Studio still requires approximately $2,500 per year in donations to cover all of its bills.
Your donations are tax deductible, so why not make a donation now to the Studio?

Our own Paul Abram was mentioned in an article today in the New York times. It is related to the U.N.’s new investigation into the death of former U.N. secretary general, Dag Hammarskjold.
